Shipping

We will send goods worldwide either via 1st Class Recorded post (UK) or Airmail E.U. and worldwide.  Our postage charges are based on the weight of each Item and are charged at the Post Office rate.  On each description you will find the weight of each model.

The items shown are the goods in stock and are dispatched within 24 hours (Except weekend)   Orders received before 9am (GMT) are sent out on the same day (except Saturday/Sunday).  Orders Placed on Saturday or Sunday are posted on the Monday.

You can monitor the progress of your order by logging on to your account and selecting view your order history.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally dispatch your order to you within 1 business day unless stated.

Back Orders

We do not offer a back order service. We only sell from stock.

Credit Card Security

All credit/debit card transactions are handled by our secure Payment Service Providers (Paypal).  You can be assured of a secure shopping experience with us. Credit card details are not retained by us after payment has been made.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted. Goods should be returned within 14 days and a full refund is given. You can also cancel your order before paying for the within 14 days by contacting us by email or phone.

Custom Orders

If you require more than I have listed in stock please contact me.  I also will make other models to the customer’s requirements.  At the present time I can offer fieldstone and some gothic models as well sci-fi.

Terms

20% of the cost of the at time of order (excluding postage costs).  (Payment via paypal)

80%+the cost of postage.  When order is complete. (Payment via paypal)
